How the work happens

Almost every project starts the same way: someone describes the part of their week that keeps going wrong. Not a feature list and not a budget — one sentence about a Tuesday. Most of what follows is working out which of the fourteen things they were told they needed are actually three.

The builds are deliberately plain underneath. Static sites where a static site is right, a small server where one is genuinely required, and no dependency on a platform that would keep your customer records if you left. That last point decides more architecture than anything else.
