Terms
The short version.
Last updated August 2026. A real signed agreement governs any actual project — this page is just the shape of it.
Fixed price
Work is quoted at a fixed price against a written scope. If I underestimated something inside that scope, I absorb it. If you want something outside it, we scope and price that separately before I build it.
Payment
A $500 deposit reserves a build slot and is credited against the first invoice. It is refundable for seven days. After that, payment is in thirds: kickoff, midpoint, handoff. Invoices are due in fourteen days.
Ownership
On final payment you own the source code, the repository, the data and every account created for the project. I keep the right to describe the work in general terms and show sanitized screenshots unless you ask me not to.
Fixes
Thirty days after handoff, anything that does not behave the way the scope says gets fixed at no charge. New ideas are new work.
Demos on this site
The demos use invented data and invented businesses. Numbers shown in case studies are representative of real outcomes but are presented without client names by agreement.
