Process
Tell me how your business works.
That is genuinely the whole method. Everything below is just what happens after you do.
Talk
45 minutes, free
You walk me through a normal Tuesday. Where the leads come from, who touches them, what gets typed twice, what falls through. I ask irritating questions about the parts everyone has stopped noticing because they have always been that way.
- A written summary of how you operate
- The two or three things worth automating first
- An honest read on whether this is worth building at all
Scope
3 days
I send back a fixed price and an exact list of what ships — screen by screen, integration by integration. Nothing vague like "CRM setup". If I got the scope wrong, that is mine to absorb.
- Fixed price, no hourly
- A list specific enough to argue with
- A ship date you can plan around
Build
2 to 8 weeks
Every week you get a link. Not a progress report — the actual software, running, that you can click. Most changes happen because you used it and said "actually, it should do this instead," which is exactly when that feedback is cheapest.
- A clickable build every week
- Your data migrated and deduped
- Whatever integrations you already pay for, wired in
Hand off
a day, then ongoing
A live session with the people who will use it every day, plus a recorded walkthrough for the ones who join later. You get the repo, the deploy keys, the database, the domain. No hostages.
- Full ownership of everything
- Docs written for staff, not developers
- 30 days of free fixes
- A care plan only if you want one
What I will not do
- Bill you hourly and call it flexibility.
- Hold your domain, repo or accounts as leverage.
- Hand your project to someone you have never spoken to.
- Build you a thing you do not need because it is a bigger invoice.
- Ship an AI feature that will confidently lie to your customers.
- Disappear after launch and answer email in three weeks.
What I need from you
- One person who can make decisions without a committee.
- Access to the systems you already use.
- Honesty about the ugly parts of how you operate. That is where the value is.
- An hour a week to look at what I built and tell me if it is wrong.
If you can explain the process,
I can probably build it.
